Since using the Priceless Pet CD at our Kennel we are seeing improvements in the animals staying in our boarding facility. We normally see a lot of emotionally caused inflammatory bowel disease. The Unconditional Guarantee Details Remember that physical problems may take a few days to be affected. Every animal is different. Your cat or dog may have 100% improvement or 50% improvement. It is up to you to decide how much improvement warrants the price of the CD. To Exercise the Guarantee: First you must return the CD, antenna, and the case within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased it at a retail outlet bring it back to the store from which you bought it with your receipt. If you purchased it from the Web: When you ship the CD antenna & case back make sure that you include your name, address, phone number, and the credit card number and expiration you used to purchase the CD. Ship to:
Your card will be credited within 7 days of receipt. The Guarantee does not cover parts that you lost or damaged If you destroy the antenna or the CD we cannot honor the guarantee. You can send all of the broken parts back and we will replace each part (the CD or the antenna for $30 each -this includes shipping and handling). If you lose the antenna, it will cost $55 to replace it. We will replace a lost antenna at the $55 rate only once per customer. After that you will need to purchase an entirely new CD. To ship pieces back to us send to the address above. Make sure you include your return address and a check or credit card number and expiration date. If you lose the CD you will have to buy an entire new one. |
