Helen Struckmann

Helen Struckmann,MA is the chief therapist in the Media office. Helen focuses her practice on integrating traditional psychotherapy with new and innovative Mind/Body approaches in a holistic manner.

She received her Masters degree from West Chester University and has a specialization in psychodrama. Helen has worked with children in the Philadelphia and Delaware County school systems as well as conducted Redirecting Children's Behavior workshops.

She has been personally trained by Dr. John Gray, author of Men are From Mars/ Women Are From Venus. Helen works with individuals as well as couples using the Mars Venus Approach.

As a 6 year apprentice to Saundra Pathweaver, a Cherokee Metis healer, Helen has learned many Native American healing techniques which she incorporates in her work.

She is certified as a level 2 Reiki therapist and is a Certified Massage therapist. Helen frequently uses energetic approaches to facilitate healing including: reiki, aromatherapy, Bach Flower remedies, and Thought Field Therapy to help secure lasting changes for her clients.

Helen has worked with chronic pain clients and her integrative approaches are especially helpful for fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, stress and depression conditions.
