How exactly do you use the CD?
We have made the CD as easy to use as possible.
- Step1: Make sure the CD Player is plugged in to an electric outlet . Do not use batteries - they run out too quickly.
- Step 2: Put the CD in the CD Player.
- Step 3: Plug in the Antenna to the ear jack outlet of the CD player. Make sure the volume is turned all the way up.
- Step 4: Turn on the CD player.
- Step 5: Set the CD player on continuous play or repeat. This is usually done via the "mode" button. When you press it a little arrow will show up in the display. Since the entire CD is a single track it will not matter if you set the CD to repeat one track or all tracks. That is it. Your animals will be affected as long as they are within 100 feet of the CD.
Will I hear anything?
No you will not. The antenna puts out a very subtle frequency that is not heard. It is like television or radio waves flying through the air. You do not hear them unless they are played through a speaker. If you want to hear the tones you must play the CD through a speaker system or use headsets instead of the antenna. Then you will hear the tones. However, for the tones to affect the meridians the antenna must be used.
The antenna does not fit in my headphone jack. It is too small.
You are probably using a CD player that is part of a rack stereo system. You require an adapter that converts the mini plug of the antenna to a 1/4 inch phono jack. This can be purchased at a store like Radio Shack for a couple of dollars.
If I can not hear anything how can I be sure that the CD is working?
First make sure that you can hear the tones by using a speaker (as in the above.) Then when you use the antenna and you turn the CD on you can look at the display of the CD. If you see the time advancing it is working. Make sure the volume is turned up, the antenna is fully plugged in and you have set the CD to continuous play.
Are there any known negative side effects?
We have not found any. The only negative thing that happens is that sometimes the CD does not work for an animal. However this is rare. That is why we have the guarantee.
What happens if my animals go outside?
If your animals are outside and they leave the 100 foot radius they will not be treated during that time. SInce most people's dogs and cats are home within that radius many hours a day they will get sufficient meridian stimulation to be helped.
What emotional problems will the CD work on?
As any pet owner knows, animals have emotions. The CD will improve any problem that is based on fear, loss or grief, or anger. This includes fear reactions such as fear of thunder, any traumatic reactions (trauma reactions are based on fear and sometimes loss), attachment problems (based on loss or fear), acting out (based on anger). The CD neutralizes these reactions so that your animal will quickly and gently return to his or her natural state of loving connection and calmness.
Will the CD work on other physical problems besides arthritis, allergies, wound healing, joint pain, irritable bowel disorders, and incontinence?
There are only specific patterns of meridian activation for these problems on the CD. However, the patterns of activation for emotional problems may have a positive benefit in a more non-specific manner. If your animal has a problem that is made worse by stress and negative reactions, the CD may help by lowering the stress level of your animal and therefore allowing the natural recuperative powers of the body. Even if the physical problem is not corrected your animal will suffer less.
How quickly will the CD work?
Most emotional problems respond within a few hours. Physical problems take longer usually 1-2 days. Usually the effect builds over time as well.
How long do I play the CD?
If you are going away and you are leaving your animals play the CD continuously while you are away. If your pet is upset by something play the CD until their upset is gone. You can play it again whenever they need it. If your pet has one of the physical problems treated by the CD (e.g. arthritis) play it continually. Usually animals respond within 24 - 48 hours. If you stop playing the CD the physical problem will usually come back.
Can I make a copy of the CD and play it and keep the original as a master in case anything happens to the CD?
Yes you can. In fact we recommend you do exactly that.
Will I hurt my CD player if I play a CD continually for a long time?
Not really. If you were to play the CD continually for years, it would eventually burn out. In that case you just buy a new portable CD player.
The CD worked for a while and then it stopped working.
Make sure that the actual CD and CD Player are properly functioning. Make sure that the antenna is plugged in all the way and that the player is still running. If power goes off in your house the CD will stop playing. We have had many experiences where everything is going well and then all of a sudden there was a return of symptoms. In every case this was because the CD player broke or someone disconnected something. As soon as the CD Player was fixed and turned back on the animals got better.
Will this affect people?

Will this affect other animals besides dogs and cats?
Yes, it will affect any mammal other than humans. It will not affect fish, lizards, insects or birds.

Actually you are one step ahead of us. In the not too distant future we will be releasing a CD especially for horses and the issues that equestrians have. For now you have two options. You can use this CD - it will work great for what it is designed for. You can also contact us directly for a custom CD tailored to the needs of your animal.
What if I destroy or lose the antenna?
If you destroy the antenna or the CD send all of the parts back and we will replace each part (the CD or the antenna for $30 each -this includes shipping and handling). If you lose the antenna, it will cost $55 to replace it. We will replace a lost antenna at the $55 rate only once per customer. After that you will need to purchase an entirely new CD.
